- New Hire Onboarding & Employee Development – Lead onboarding efforts, conduct skills assessments, and provide coaching and support to associates throughout their development journey.
- Continuous Skills Development – Support plant-wide skills development initiatives and partner with leaders to identify and address training needs.
- Cross-Functional Partnership – Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, supervisors, and leadership teams to build workforce capability and improve performance.

Our Plant Trainer role is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance workforce capabilities, promote safety excellence, and support operational goals across the facility. If you enjoy coaching others, creating training content, and driving continuous improvement through learning and development, this is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on our workforce.
This is a day shift position reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your Day-to-Day:

Physical Demands:
- Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments, navigate the production floor, wear required PPE, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
