Job Description

Marine Structural Engineer with experience in the design and analysis of marine structures including ports, jetties, berths and offshore platforms. The candidate should have strong expertise in structural analysis, marine loading conditions, and international design standards.

The responsibilities include

• Perform structural design and analysis of marine and offshore structures (steel and concrete).
• Develop load calculations (wave, wind, current, seismic, berthing, mooring loads)
• Conduct structural modelling using SACS/STAAD/SAP2000/ANSYS
• Prepare design calculations, reports, drawings, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Support site inspections, fabrication review, and structural integrity assessments

The candidate should have strong knowledge of marine structural design principles, experience in port & harbour structures / offshore oil & gas / marine infrastructure, Proficiency in structural analysis software, understanding of marine construction methods as well as good communication and report writing skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Master’s Degree in Marine Structures / Offshore Engineering / Structures
