Market Development Manager – Industrial, Water, Wastewater

The Market Development Manager – Industrial, Water, Wastewater will lead the growth of the industrial thermoplastics market across Canada by driving market strategy, enabling sales excellence, developing customer relationships, and pursuing new business opportunities within water and wastewater industries. This role serves as a trusted technical advisor to customers, engineers, distributors, contractors, authorities having jurisdiction, and internal stakeholders. 

This is a remote position based out of the Ipex location in Mississauga, ON. Attendance at occasional on-site meetings in Mississauga and at the Ipex office in Oakville, ON, will be expected.  

The compensation for this position is between $105,500 and $131,900 annually, based on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for participation in the annual short-term incentive bonus program, company-matched RRSP, and an extensive health and wellness medical benefits program.

  • Frequent travel by automobile and air, including jobsite visits
