We look for a Market Fleet Manager for the region DACH!

As Market Fleet Manager – DACH you are a key member of the DACH Operations Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Business Director - DACH and working closely with the Regional Operations Managers.

You’ll lead all Regional Fleet Managers across 5 DACH Regions, with indirect oversight of Fleet Managers, Technicians, Damage Detection Experts, and Spare Parts Experts for over 4000 vehicles at over 40 Stations.
Your mission: drive fleet availability, repair turn-around, cost efficiency, and quality across the market — keeping our fleet running smoothly and our operations performing at their best.

The role - your passion
