Group Research Director – Quantitative Research
Lieberman Inc. is seeking an experienced Group Research Director to join our Quantitative Research team. In this role, you will lead multiple quantitative market research studies from design through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will provide strategic insights, mentor team members, and drive research that informs critical business decisions. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with deep market research expertise and a strong commitment to client success.
About You
We are looking for a seasoned market research professional who brings:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business, Industrial Psychology, or a similar discipline
- 7+ years of quantitative market research experience
- Pharmaceutical industry research experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as SPSS
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Work Environment

- Candidates may reside in most U.S. states but must be available to work within the Eastern Time Zone
Compensation & Benefits
Salary
$100,000 – $120,000 annually, plus bonus
Additional Compensation
- Eligibility for a discretionary year-end bonus based on performance
