What you'll do
- Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, sending outgoing faxes, delivering incoming faxes, copying, opening, or distributing mail).
- Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.
- Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
- Complete all Daily Checklists and reports and turn them into management at the end of the shift.
- Provides reporting daily to manager/supervisors.
- Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
- Contribute to team goals.
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

As an Assistant Marketing, a typical day will include:
Performs general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, sending outgoing faxes, delivering incoming faxes, copying, opening, or distributing mail).
