About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Assistant who is organized, reliable, and comfortable keeping multiple marketing accounts and recurring tasks on track. You'll monitor advertising budgets across a portfolio of client accounts, respond to Local Services Ads leads, track campaign performance, and support content, SEO, and other marketing activities as needed. If you're someone who takes ownership, works well independently, enjoys learning new tools and processes, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, this is an opportunity to play an important role in keeping client marketing operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and pace ad budgets across multiple client accounts.
- Manage Local Services Ads leads, lead quality, and disputes.
- Track campaign performance and update monthly ad spend.
- Monitor automated processes and recurring marketing tasks.
- Support content, SEO, social media, and other marketing activities as needed.
- Use established SOPs and tools to keep tasks and processes on track.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant marketing experience; agency experience preferred.
- Experience/Familiarity with GoHighLevel is required.
- Strong organization, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and learn new tools and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Canva and similar tools
- ClickUp or similar project management tools
- Home services or professional services experience
Benefits
- 🕘 Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. EST
- 💵 Salary: $1,500 USD.
- 🏖️ PTO Accrual: 1.5 days per month worked.
- 🎉 U.S. holidays plus applicable national holidays in Nicaragua and Costa Rica
- Independent Contractor.
