Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Associate to help drive adoption, engagement, and business growth across our healthcare AI products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining performance marketing, retention marketing, content, analytics, and experimentation to solve growth challenges.
You will work closely with Product, Sales, Design, and Leadership teams to identify growth opportunities, execute campaigns, optimize user journeys, and contribute directly to business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google and Meta to drive leads, sales, and business growth.
- Design and run retention, engagement, and lifecycle marketing initiatives to improve user activation and retention.
- Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, funnels, and cohorts to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion metrics.
- Create marketing assets including landing pages, case studies, newsletters, webinars, and customer-facing collateral to support GTM initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Design teams to execute growth experiments and improve customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Retention Marketing, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
Good to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, Healthcare, Health-Tech, AI, or Enterprise Software.
- Exposure to international markets and GTM initiatives.
