Position Summary

The Marketing Automation Manager supports Chubb Benefits/Combined by building, executing, and optimizing automated communications that help deliver clear, timely, and effective benefits messaging. This mid-level role partners with marketing, content, operations, and business stakeholders to build campaign workflows, audience segmentation, and reporting across a range of benefits-related communications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, review-driven environment.
