What you'll do
- Liaise with external vendors and agencies to ensure to meet the requirements and budget.
- Support and implement events like seminar, exhibition and congress etc. and apply digital tools into offline events to make the marketing events more efficiently.
- Coordinate or design marketing promotion tools like gift, brochure or souvenir which should be ensured in accordance with Roche CI policy
- Plan yearly budget for exhibition, event or congress in Core Lab department
- Realize the delivery of each event within budget and schedule as well as with good quality.
- Improve the efficiency of event management procedure by leveraging the knowledge and experience of process control, resources allocation, documentation, etc.
- Effectively review and evaluate each event conducted to understand the issues of event management and areas to improve
- Continuously improve the innovation of events implemented.
- Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
- Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

The Position
1. Liaise with external vendors and agencies to ensure to meet the requirements and budget.
