What you'll do
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns across rooms, food and beverage, weddings, meetings, and events.
- Create and coordinate engaging content for the hotel’s website, social media channels, email communications, and promotional materials.
- Maintain the hotel’s content calendar and assist with scheduling posts, campaigns, events, and key marketing activities.
- Coordinate media visits and influencer stays across the hotel and restaurants.
- Assist with the development of hotel collateral, menus, signage, digital assets and internal communications.
- Work closely with Sales, Revenue Management, Food and Beverage and operational teams to support commercial priorities and upcoming hotel activations.
- Liaise with supplier, external agencies, and partners to support ongoing Marketing activities.
- Update, maintain, and regularly audit hotel websites, restaurant websites and third parties with relevant information, flagging opportunities for improvement.
- Track campaign performance, social media engagement, website activity and other key marketing measures.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to help improve future marketing activity.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities within Sydney’s hospitality and lifestyle sectors.
- Support the administration of the marketing budget, including purchase orders, invoices and expense tracking.

POSITION SUMMARY

Working closely with the Director of Marketing and wider marketing and commercial teams, this role is crucial in bringing the Pier One brand to life across digital channels, social media, partnerships, events, and hotel activations. This is a unique opportunity to help grow an exciting marketing career within one of Sydney’s most iconic harbourfront hotels.
About the Role
