  • Utilize advanced marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to manage outreach, segmentation, and engagement tracking.

Basic Function

Lumin Digital is hiring a Marketing Director who will be focused on building out account based engagement plays focused on our install base. This role is centered on driving pipeline growth through cross sell and upsell efforts into the account base, partnering closely closely with the client experience (CX) teams to align strategic marketing initiatives with their objectives and revenue targets. While making every Account Executive (AE) dramatically more effective by arming them with the right message, for the right contact, at the right time.

The successful candidate will partner cross-functionally to develop personalized, multi-channel engagement initiatives that deepen relationships and accelerate revenue growth across the Lumin Digital client base..

Essential Functions, Responsibilities, Experience:

Position Specifications

Education:

Experience:

  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with ABM tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, adept at working effectively across diverse teams.

  • Innovative thinker with a proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail coupled with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
