Job Description

Marketing & Event Coordination

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with regional marketing teams.
• Coordinate customer visits, partner meetings, and business events.
• Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, industry events, and internal business meetings.
• Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, registrations, and communications.
• Prepare and maintain customer and prospect databases from trade fairs, industry associations, and marketing sources.

CRM Management & Analytics

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
• Track customer interactions, marketing activities, and event participation.
• Support database management and lead tracking activities.
• Assist in preparing marketing reports, dashboards, and basic business analytics.
• Ensure timely and accurate data collection for management reporting.

Business & Sales Support

• Support customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) through data preparation and coordination.
• Assist with business reporting requirements and performance tracking.
• Support regional teams with ad-hoc marketing and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, event management, CRM administration, or related roles.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing activities is preferred.
• Familiarity with trade shows, industry events, and customer engagement programs is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
