Marketing Graphic Designer (0–2 Years)
Location: Chennai (Work From office)
SurveySparrow is looking for a creative and self-driven Marketing Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. If you're passionate about visual storytelling and love creating impactful marketing creatives across digital and offline channels, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Design high-quality marketing creatives across web, social media, print, email, and event collaterals.
- Create engaging visuals for performance marketing campaigns, including paid ads, landing pages, banners, and social content.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual assets.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with SurveySparrow's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated on design trends and marketing best practices to continuously improve creative output./
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or performance marketing environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing work across web, social media, print, and event collateral.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma. Experience with After Effects is a plus.
- Good understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to adapt designs for different platforms and marketing channels.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketers, content writers, and other cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating motion graphics or short animations.
- Basic understanding of UI design and landing page design.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and creative workflows.
