Marketing Intern (3-Month Full-Time Internship)

Ksisters is a K-beauty distribution and marketing company operating across Singapore, Malaysia, and the US. We manage a portfolio of in-house and partner beauty brands, working hands-on across the full commerce funnel — content, social, live commerce, retail activation, and brand building — with real regional reach for a company our size.

The Opportunity

This internship is a fast-track into end-to-end digital marketing and e-commerce operations. You'll work directly on live campaigns, TikTok Shop and Shopee Live, retail partner events, and content production across our brand portfolio. You'll leave with a portfolio of real work and practical experience most people don't get until years into their career — this is the best chance to grow as an e-commerce marketer, not observe from the sidelines.

We're looking for someone independent, agile, and quick to learn — comfortable figuring things out, moving fast, and owning tasks from brief to execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our social media accounts (content calendar, posting, community engagement)
• Create quick-turnaround content for our website, social media, and paid advertisements
• Shoot and edit product photography and video, including for TikTok Shop and Shopee Live
• Support and help execute TikTok Shop and Shopee Live sessions
• Plan and execute Ksisters community and retail partner events, from coordination through on-the-ground execution
• Research Korean and global fashion and beauty trends to inform content and campaign ideas
• Support PR handling and outreach
• Handle general marketing admin (scheduling, reporting, asset organization, vendor coordination)
• Support graphic design and photo/video editing across marketing materials

What We're Looking For

• Strong passion for fashion and beauty
• Independent, agile learner who can pick up new tools and processes quickly with minimal hand-holding
• Comfortable working across multiple fast-moving priorities in a small-team environment
• Photography, videography, and basic photo/video editing skills
• Graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar)
• Familiarity with TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, and other social/e-commerce platforms
• Strong AI skills (e.g. using AI tools for content ideation, editing, or research) is a plus
• Good written and communication skills; bilingual ability (English/Korean or English/Mandarin) is a plus
• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Able to commit from October onwards.
