What you'll do
- Own demand generation: plan and run campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and the website that produce qualified leads for the sales team
- Build sales enablement materials: pitch decks, service one-pagers, case studies, and client-facing collateral
- Run account-based marketing campaigns targeting priority accounts identified with sales
- Support bid and proposal teams with company profiles and tailored marketing content
- Produce B2B content in Arabic and English: case studies, whitepapers, social posts, and executive thought leadership
- Manage Jodayn's social media presence and grow engagement with target audiences
- Coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and sponsorships (LEAP, Black Hat MEA, and similar)
- Develop the annual marketing plan and manage the marketing budget
- Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and vendors
- Report on marketing-sourced pipeline and conversion metrics to commercial leadership

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 4–7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in B2B technology or professional services
- Proven track record of marketing that contributed measurably to sales pipeline
- Strong writing skills in both Arabic and English
- Comfortable working closely with sales teams and using CRM data (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing tools, and website CMS platforms
- Working knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and analytics platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver against deadlines independently
- Saudi nationals preferred
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to government or enterprise clients in KSA
- Background in event management
- Experience mentoring junior marketing staff

Jodayn is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Riyadh.
