Marketing Manager Outlets (m/f/x)

About this role

As part of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving consistent, commercially focused marketing across our European outlet locations, working closely with Outlet Management, local partners and central teams.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support and develop marketing activities for all European Carhartt WIP outlet locations

  • Take ownership of the Outlet Center Weil am Rhein from a marketing perspective

  • Build and maintain a strong interface between Outlet teams and central Marketing teams in Berlin and Paris

  • Ensure brand consistency across all outlet touchpoints in line with Carhartt WIP standards

  • Manage and steer social media channels of outlet locations, ensuring content follows WIP brand guidelines

  • Plan and execute a dedicated marketing calendar for standalone outlet stores 

  • Communicate and liaise with marketing departments of outlet centers to align on campaigns, activations, and promotional activities

  • Plan and execute promotions in close alignment with Outlet Management, with a focus on overstock and commercial priorities

  • Coordinate with the Artwork Department on the creation and rollout of marketing assets

  • Implement brand-led content across all outlet channels

  • Align with global outlet initiatives, including coordination with Asia outlet teams to ensure consistent asset usage

  • Maintain and update all relevant digital platforms and listings

Your Profile:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role

  • Degree in marketing, communications, management or equivalent

  • Proven experience and strong understanding of brand marketing in a retail environment, ideally within fashion and lifestyle

  • Proficient in MS-Office and Keynote

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbald and written communication skills, German and/or French is a plus

  • High Level of self-organization, communication, multitasking, and improvisation

  • Confident working across teams, markets, and functions

  • Keen interest in digital social media; up to date with tech trends
