Full description from employer

Marketing Operations Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA (Sandy Springs) | In-office
Team: Marketing
Reports to: VP of Marketing
Type: Full-time

Serenity Healthcare is looking for a hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems that turn marketing interest into scheduled patient consultations.

This is a builder’s role. We’re looking for someone who wants to be in the tools, building, automating, testing, measuring and improving the systems behind our marketing engine.

Our core marketing technology stack includes ActiveCampaign, Mixpanel and Instapage, and you’ll take ownership of how these platforms support the patient journey from first click to scheduled consult.

You’ll work closely with marketing, intake, clinic operations and our data team to make sure prospective patients get to the right person quickly, leads don’t fall through the cracks, and we have a clear understanding of what is actually driving growth.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Marketing Automation & Lifecycle
Build and optimize lifecycle automations in ActiveCampaign, from initial inquiry through scheduled consultation, including nurture and re-engagement for prospective patients who don’t convert.

Landing Pages & Conversion
Own our Instapage program, building and maintaining landing pages while continuously testing messaging, forms and conversion paths to improve performance.

Analytics & Measurement
Use Mixpanel and our broader reporting infrastructure to understand the patient journey, identify conversion drop-offs and turn marketing data into actionable insights.

Lead Routing & Intake
Design workflows that get every inquiry to the right clinic and scheduler quickly, with the context they need. Establish and improve processes around assignment, speed-to-lead, follow-up and stalled leads.

Attribution & Performance
Connect marketing spend to leads, scheduled consultations and ultimately patients. Help us understand which campaigns, channels and locations are producing results.

Tracking & Marketing Data
Establish and maintain standards for UTMs, conversion tracking, call tracking, segmentation, database hygiene and campaign measurement.

Healthcare & Compliance
Partner with our data, intake, clinic operations, privacy and legal teams to ensure our marketing systems are reliable, measurable and appropriate for healthcare.

Documentation & Enablement
Build and document processes that allow the broader marketing team to launch campaigns without depending on Marketing Operations for every step.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We care about what you’ve built, not just how long you’ve been employed.

You’ve personally created marketing automations, landing pages, CRM workflows, analytics and attribution systems.

More importantly, you can explain why you built them that way, how you measured them and what happened to the numbers afterward.

You’ll likely bring:

• 5 - 8 years in marketing operations, demand generation operations or a similar hands-on role
• Hands-on experience administering ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo or a comparable marketing automation platform
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar
• Experience building and testing landing pages using Instapage, Unbounce, Webflow or similar
• Hands-on experience with CRM integrations and lead routing
• Strong knowledge of UTMs, conversion events, call tracking and attribution
• Experience identifying and resolving data issues including duplicates, failed syncs, incomplete records and attribution gaps
• Strong documentation and process-building skills
• The ability to work cross-functionally while remaining highly hands-on

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with any of the following is a plus, but none are requirements:

Healthcare or multi-location businesses • CallRail or Invoca • Zapier • Make • n8n • HIPAA-aware marketing operations

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

First 30 days
Understand our marketing technology stack end to end, including ActiveCampaign, Mixpanel and Instapage, and identify where leads, data, automation and measurement can be improved.

First 90 days
Improve our core inquiry-to-consult automation, establish measurable speed-to-lead and form-to-CRM reliability, strengthen conversion tracking, and give leadership a clear view of marketing performance by channel and location.

Over your first year
Help us lower the cost of acquiring scheduled consultations, improve conversion throughout the patient journey, prevent leads from falling through the cracks, and enable the marketing team to launch and optimize campaigns faster.

Benefits include:

• Medical, dental and vision coverage
• 401(k) with company match
• Paid time off
• Paid holidays

This is an opportunity to build and own the marketing operations engine inside a growing healthcare organization where better marketing systems ultimately help connect more people with care.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Sandy Springs, GA.

Serenity Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background checks and drug screening.
