Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and track performance for digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Plan and generate engaging content aligned with brand strategies to increase audience engagement.
- Monitor key marketing metrics (KPIs) to evaluate success and optimize ongoing efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging and key deliverables.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or content creation.
Language: Professional English Proficiency (C1 level required).
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

- Base Salary: To be agreed upon (discussed during the interview process).
- Additional Allowance: $500,000 COP.
- Payment Terms: Bi-weekly payment schedule.
