Marketing Strategy Lead

As Vice President on the Marketing Strategy team, you will drive key business objectives including market share growth, customer engagement, and integration across lines of business aligned with “One Chase”. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Understand commercial context through market, competitor, and customer insights and identify opportunities through product mix, share, and customer gap analysis
• Design and bring to market compelling offers, campaigns, and partnerships using test-and-learn methodologies while accounting for factors such as financial return, execution constraints, and risk & controls
• Lead strategic initiatives that engage target audiences along the homebuying journey across digital, branch, and advisor channels 
• Partner with Insights team on customer research projects to support high-stakes growth opportunities and manage research budget
• Share market insights with Marketing organization including competitor product launches, strategic moves, offers/campaigns, and marketing spend 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:  

• 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy or execution
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Apply management skills such as opportunity assessment,  structured problem solving, sizing, prioritization, hypothesis testing, and execution planning
• Cross-functional Execution: Work effectively in a matrixed environment across Home Lending Marketing and partners such as Insights, Product, Decision Science, and Finance 
• Communication: Build narratives around complex topics and communicate in written and verbal formats with senior leadership 
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills: 

• Marketing Strategy: Apply key concepts such as segmentation, targeting, lifecycle/journey, messaging, optimization, and consumer experience
• Marketing Communication: Deploy multichannel marketing campaigns (owned media, paid media, branch, and local) with cross-functional partners using modern marketing stacks across web, mobile apps, CRM, CDP, and marketing automation
• AI: Use AI tools & platforms including large language models (LLMs) to accelerate business outcomes and efficiency while adhering to risk, controls, and data-use guidelines
• Home Lending Industry: Understand industry drivers such as macroeconomic environment, interest rates, housing inventory, regulatory environment, pricing, competitive landscape, and consumer segments 
• Master’s degree/MBA in Marketing from an accredited institution
