MASS TORT CASE COORDINATOR | PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY

PAY: $20 - $25 DOE

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Mass Tort Case Coordinator to support our legal team with client communication and time-sensitive case initiatives. This position will primarily focus on contacting existing clients, assisting them with the completion of required surveys and questionnaires, tracking responses, and ensuring necessary information is obtained within established deadlines.

This is a client-facing support position and does not require the individual to provide legal advice or perform substantive legal work. The ideal candidate is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, communicating with clients from a variety of backgrounds, following up consistently, and maintaining accurate documentation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
