Master Data Analyst

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday opportunity and would suit someone who has a good understanding of Hungry Jack’s restaurant operations, strong attention to detail and an interest in systems, data and how things work behind the scenes.

The Master Data Analyst plays an important role in ensuring our product, pricing and inventory information is accurate and maintained across Hungry Jack’s systems. You’ll work closely with restaurants and RSC teams to support pricing changes, new products, new restaurant openings and ongoing system and data improvements.

What will you be doing?

• Setting up and maintaining Hungry Jack’s products and pricing across store back-office (Macromatix), POS (NCR) and other relevant systems.

• Supporting new restaurant openings and ensuring existing restaurant information is maintained accurately.

• Coordinating regular and quarterly pricing updates across relevant systems.

• Working with key business partners to ensure product, inventory and pricing information is accurate and up to date.

• Managing the addition, modification and removal of POS items.

• Maintaining inventory code costings across relevant systems.

• Participating in projects relating to pricing structures, pricing management and system integration.

• Developing and maintaining appropriate controls and sign-off processes for pricing and master data changes.

• Analysing data and processes to identify opportunities to improve data integrity, accuracy and efficiency.

• Supporting restaurants with system, pricing and data-related queries and ensuring appropriate procedures are followed.

• Building knowledge across Hungry Jack’s systems and cross-training with other team members.

• Supporting other Master Data activities and projects as required.

What are we looking for?

• A good understanding of Hungry Jack’s restaurant operations and how our systems support restaurants day to day.

• Experience with Macromatix, Oracle Fusion and/or NCR will be highly regarded.

• An understanding of in-store back-office and POS systems would be advantageous.

• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• A logical, process-driven and methodical approach to work.

• Confidence working with systems, data and large amounts of detailed information.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills. Exposure to SQL for data analysis and reporting would be advantageous, but not essential.

• A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in IT, Finance, Business or another relevant discipline is preferred, but not essential.
