Job Description and Responsibilities

• ​We’re hiring Material Handlers to support our production team and help keep the line running smoothly. In this role, you’ll handle materials, inspect components, and maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety and quality procedures. This is a hands-on position for someone who works well in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in doing solid, dependable work.

  • Apply thread compound to coupling threads and pipe threads

  • Apply plastic thread protectors

  • Use gauge to inspect couplings

  • Measure distances with a ruler

  • Keep work station full of supplies

  • Sweep, pressure wash, and keep work station clean

  • Grease equipment and assist maintenance as needed

  • Follow policies and procedures for Safety and Quality

  Requirements

  • High School diploma

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Ability to follow work instructions to ensure Safety and Quality standards

  • Ability to perform repetitive work

  • Ability to work shift work (12-hour days and nights)

  Additional Job Description

  • Hourly Wage: $31.22 per hour

  • Sunday shift premium $1.25 per hour

  • Night Shift premium $0.85 per hour

  • Medical and Dental benefits start after 30 days
