How Will You Make an Impact?
As a Material Handler I, you will help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped safely, accurately, and on time for both domestic and international customers

A Day in the Life:

  • Pick, stage, pack, and prepare customer orders for domestic and international shipment.
  • Verify products, quantities, labels, and shipping documentation.
  • Support daily warehouse and shipping operations by maintaining accurate inventory, organizing work areas, and collaborating with team members to meet customer and operational requirements.


Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.


Experience:

  • Preferred: 1-3 years of work experience
  • Preferred: Prior experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field and prior experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers/forklifts)

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to perform repetitive hand motions, including sealing, labeling, crimping, weighing, and handling materials.

  • Ability to work in warehouse, laboratory, and regulated manufacturing environments.

  • Ability to work in areas with fluctuating temperatures, including hot and cold environments and cold rooms/freezers.

  • Ability to wear required PPE for extended periods. PPE may include safety glasses, gloves, gowns, lab coats, hearing protection, and respirators, depending on the work area and assigned task.

  • Ability to work safely with hazardous or toxic materials in accordance with established procedures and safety requirements.


Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $22.00–$23.00/hour.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
