The Warehouse & Materials lead helps to oversee daily warehouse, inventory, and material management operations to support manufacturing and supply chain objectives within a cGMP‑regulated environment. This role supports the supervisor and warehouse and materials personnel, ensures compliance with regulatory and safety requirements, and drives continuous improvement in inventory accuracy, material flow, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary support contact for warehouse team members
  • Help drive priorities as dictated by management and other warehouse staff

  • Guide team members on SOPs, control documents, and work instructions
  • Order, receive, release, and store materials and supplies; dispense in accordance with work orders and SOPs

  • Provide off-shift or on-call support as needed

Work Schedule:

This role will be for Night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule from 6pm-6:30am.

Education, Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Minimum Requirements

  • Prior experience in a warehouse environment
  • Knowledge of operating other warehouse machinery
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system

Work Schedule: 12-hour – 2/2/3 rotating night shift
