  • Provides administrative support in material management to the SGS Life Science Services Laboratories.
  • Enter standards and reagents into LIMS system accurately and on timely manner in order to avoid incorrect data transfer to the data base.
  • Operates under limited supervision.
  • Multitasking ability at high level to get job done due to proper priorities listing.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines based on self-motivated capacity and a sense of urgency in order to meet client and laboratory staff standards/reagents log-in requirements.

  • A post-secondary education in a recognized administration program would be an asset.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or technical role in a pharmaceutical environmnet would be an asset.

Job Description

  • This position provides administrative support in material management to the SGS Life Science Services Laboratories.
  • The incumbent must be capable of multi-tasking to meet the departmental needs working with laboratory supervisors and clients on a regular basis.

Salary: $21.00/Hour
