What you'll do
- Plan and monitor material availability to ensure production requirements are met and potential shortages are identified in advance.
- Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, material requirements, and replenishment needs.
- Follow up on production schedules and identify potential risks, proposing corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth material flow.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to materials, inventory, and production.
- Ensure data accuracy and proper information management within ERP/MRP systems.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and recommendations to support operational and business decisions.
- Support the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities, with a focus on operational efficiency, inventory optimization, and cost reduction.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives involving planning, materials, production, and supply chain processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Previous experience in material planning, production planning, supply chain, logistics, or related operations.
- Good knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and strong interest in developing expertise in planning and supply chain tools.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different functions and manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced to fluent English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, emails, presentations, and interactions with international teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP, especially in material planning, purchasing, production, or inventory processes.
- Knowledge or experience in Foreign Trade (Comércio Exterior / Import & Export), including international logistics and related processes.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Material & Production Analyst
We are looking for a Material & Production Analyst to join our team and play an important role in ensuring material availability, production continuity, and efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
