- Learn and apply SEL Values and Principles of Operation.
- Learn the concepts of World Class Manufacturing, and consistently apply them to continually improve and simplify processes in your area.
- Learn and perform daily materials and receiving tasks to achieve customer expectations for service and delivery by reading and following area documentation and operating mobile equipment.
- Improve performance by learning from previous experience, others, accepting new assignments and by openly receiving regular feedback.
- Work cooperatively within a team environment.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area and equipment.
- Model and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
