Partner with the best

As a Materials Planner, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling the materials required to execute the business. You will work with the Sales and Commercial team, region personnel, AMO and Supply Chain to translate demand, including forecasts, sales orders and planned orders, across multiple time horizons into physical orders and ensure they are delivered to meet customer requirements.

As a Materials Planner, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing incoming demand, identifying order exceptions, misalignment with
• product rationalization strategy and opportunities to utilize existing inventory.
• Planning and scheduling order timelines to be consistent with customer
• requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs.
• Working with Product Line, Sales and Service Delivery to prioritize delivery dates as
• needed (push outs, pull ins).
• Performing various material management analyses such as statistical material
• consumption and forecasts, aged inventory, aged purchase orders, in-transit
• material analysis and safety stock.
• Implementing inventory stocking strategies.
• Monitoring levels of safety stock, global and aging inventory and working with
• regions and manufacturing plants to address accordingly.
• Working with the AMO organization to ensure spare parts and asset demands are
• captured.
• Assisting in executing continuous improvement projects to maximize value.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have an Associate's Degree in Supply Chain or a related field, or equivalent experience (2+ years of experience).
• Have experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management.
• Have a basic understanding of ORACLE and MRP functionality.
• Have the ability to work with and influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrate tactical execution with a sense of urgency.
