MECCA Castle Towers - Fragrance Specialist

We're opening an exciting new MECCA store in Castle Towers, and we're looking for passionate Fragrance Specialists to help bring it to life from day one.

This is your opportunity to be part of building a team from the ground up, shaping an incredible store culture, and creating unforgettable customer experiences for a brand-new community.

Our Castle Towers store is expected to open in the final quarter of 2026, with onboarding and training commencing ahead of opening.

As a Fragrance Specialist, you'll bring the art of fragrance to life through personalised scent consultations, expert recommendations and a genuine passion for the world of fragrance. You'll help customers discover scents that reflect their individuality, create meaningful connections through storytelling and expertise, and deliver memorable experiences that bring the MECCA magic to life every day.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Be the go-to expert in store for all things fragrance; helping our customers to find the best scent for them and making sure everyone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing! 

• Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience through-out the store 

• Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store 

What success looks like in this role:

• Proven fragrance experience and knowledge of top, middle and base notes; for the body and home 

• Highly skilled at taking customers on a journey to find the right fragrance notes for their needs, whether it be their new daily scent or providing an in-depth wedding consultation helping the happy couple choose memorable scents for their special day. 

• Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that allow them to leave the store feeling amazing 

• An inclusive, team-spirited person with a can-do attitude
