MECCA Castle Towers - Replenishment Assistant

We're looking for Replenishment Assistants to join our team as we prepare to open our exciting new MECCA Castle Towers store!

If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, this role is for you. As a Replenishment Assistant, you'll play a vital role in bringing our brand-new store to life by ensuring our shelves are always beautifully stocked, our products are presented to the highest standard, and our team has everything they need to create exceptional customer experiences from day one.

Our Castle Towers store is expected to open in the final quarter of 2026, with onboarding and training commencing ahead of opening.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard  

• Collaborate with the Operations team to keep the store running efficiently and effectively

• Support management team in the delivery of MECCA’s customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus  

• Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes   

• Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities  

What success looks like in this role:

• Maintain effective store operation practices that support the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences   

• Demonstrate sound knowledge of brand and product offering   

• Uphold and encourage a good health and safety culture
