And now, we're building something special at Chadstone – our existing MECCA Chadstone stores are coming together into one extraordinary new destination, and we’re looking for the team to help bring it to life. 

MECCA Chadstone will be our most significant opening since MECCA Bourke Street. It’s a 2,000 sqm destination bringing the very best of beauty, wellness and expertise into a single immersive space. Think MECCA Perfumeria with Scentsorium, MECCA Aesthetica with clinical treatments and skin consultations, MECCA Apothecary, Josh Wood Hair salon, plus more than 200 brands and over 50 services.

MECCA Chadstone is looking for Brow Specialists to join an extraordinary team that sets the standard for beauty destinations and transform the ordinary into the exceptional.

Day-to-day responsibilities:  

• Be the go-to expert in-store for all Mecca brow and lash services, being and a pro in brow styling, shaping, lamination, tinting and lash lifting. You are comfortable performing back-to-back services on our busiest days, whilst providing the ultimate customer service experience.  

• Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store.  

Requirement of the role :
Availability to work late evenings and weekends  

What you will bring to this role:   

Previous and recent experience in Brow services is essential for this opportunity!  Along with your professional experience and passion for all-things brows and lashes, we look for team members who resonate with our values, and are positive, passionate and enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service!     

• Certificate 3 in Beauty Services or Makeup (with a completed waxing elective)/Diploma in Beauty Therapy/ Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy 

• Professional experience in performing the following brow and lash services (some but not all required):  Ideally  

• Brow Shapes   

• Precision Waxing with correct form   

• Precision Tweezing & Trimming   

• Brow Styling (including use of Crayon, Powder & Pomade)  

• Highlighting Trimming and Tweezing   

• Brow Lamination  

• Tinting 

• Lash Lifting
