Position Summary:
- Perform routine maintenance on property vehicles (e.g., trucks, vans, electric carts)
- Check oil, fluid levels, tire pressure, and battery charge; replace spark plugs as required
- Conduct preventative maintenance on tools and equipment (cleaning, lubrication)
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and request parts when needed
- Keep accurate daily logs of maintenance activities, test results, and equipment issues
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs
About You:
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Fiji
- Technical, Trade, or Vocational qualification (e.g., mechanical, electrical, or engineering)
- Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Hands-on approach with strong troubleshooting skills
- Safety-conscious with good understanding of maintenance procedures
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual and technical tasks
- Detail-oriented with good record-keeping ability
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
