About this role

Aureol Global Connections is looking for two dedicated Mechanical Engineers to join our esteemed engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing mechanical systems and components to ensure they meet rigorous standards of performance and safety. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and other engineering disciplines, to deliver innovative solutions that address client needs. Responsibilities

  • Design and develop mechanical systems and components based on project requirements.
  • Conduct analysis and simulations to ensure designs will perform effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical designs into larger engineering projects.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications and project reports.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance project outcomes.
  • Assist in the testing and validation of mechanical systems to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
  • Stay current with advancements in mechanical engineering and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards in all designs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer or in a similar engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and proficiency in design software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate technical information clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in mechanical engineering.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and regulations applicable to mechanical engineering.
