Glencore employs over 145,000 people operates around 150 operating mining and processing sites, oil production assets and agricultural facilities in over 35 countries. **The Role** The successful person will be responsible for undertaking planned & reactive breakdown maintenance work in our process plant. You will have experience working on a wide variety of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, fixed plant piping, valves and be familiar with laser alignment procedures.  Previous experienced with sizer screens, mills, thickener tanks & related agitators, and various pumps. Experience with HPAL Autoclaves will also be an advantage for our Ore Leach Area. **About You** This role would suit a driven Mechanical Fitter with previous experience working in a similar hydrometallurgical process plant who is looking for job security and career opportunities. You will also have: * Australian Recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification (Essential) * A current and valid manual Australian Driver’s licence * Proven experience with centrifugal and positive displacement pumps * Proven experience working with all types of fixed plant piping, valves, and laser alignment * Ideally have experienced sizer screens, mills, thickener tanks & related agitators, and various pumps. Experience with HPAL Autoclaves is highly desirable for this role. * Experience working with area permit systems; safe work instructions and hazard identification * Strong communication skills & excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving abilities. **What We Offer** We offer a diverse range of roles across our multi pit mining operations through to our complex and technically challenging hydrometallurgical process plant.
