Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Inspect mechanical equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Lead and guide technicians during maintenance projects. Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and procedures. Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation. Coordinate with operations teams to minimize equipment downtime. Required Skills Mechanical Maintenance – Knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance. Equipment Troubleshooting – Ability to diagnose mechanical failures. Team Supervision – Experience leading maintenance personnel. Safety Compliance – Understanding of industrial safety practices. Preventive Maintenance – Planning and execution of maintenance programs. Preferred Skills SAP/CMMS maintenance systems knowledge. Industrial plant maintenance experience. Root cause analysis techniques. Work Experience Requirements Typical requirement: 5–10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, plant operations, or industrial engineering environments, including supervisory responsibilities.
