Overview:

Sentara Pace is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Medication Technician.

Position Status: Full Time - Day Shift, M-F, 8am-4:30pm

Position Location: Norfolk, VA

Overview

Dispenses medications and performs basic and routine patient care.

Education

  • Trade School Graduate- Required

Certification/Licensure

  • CNA active in VA (required)
  • BLS (required)

Experience

  • EPIC experience is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in this role is required
  • Ability to operate basic resident care equipment; strong oral and written communication skills and demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology is required
