What you'll do

  • Supporting execution of the EU paid media strategy to drive awareness, consideration and conversion objectives across the funnel based on local market strategic need.
  • Work alongside our Media agency and / or Retailer Media teams to optimise campaigns against agreed KPIs including ROAS, CPA, engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with Global brand marketing and Creative teams to brief in best-in-class assets for paid campaigns, aligned to platform best-practise, and optimised for local markets.
  • Manage translation process post asset delivery from Global, briefing in creatives & copy to translations teams.
  • Incorporate Global marketing directive into paid media activation for NPD launches and event-based activations - including creative considerations, messaging, and audience strategy.
  • Own asset-readiness within timelines agreed with Retailers for co-op media investment plans.
  • Contribute to regular paid media campaign reporting, to track performance against benchmark and recommend changes based on insights.
  • Assist in budget management and optimisations across multiple platforms to continually increase campaign efficiencies.
  • Monitor competitor and consumer behaviour, to influence ad decisions where relevant. Responsible for timely finance process management - raising POs & reconciling each month
  • Research into social trends, keeping abreast of the latest ad products/ technologies and provide use-case suggestions to help improve KPIs. Leaning into increasing AI use and pushing this forward across the team.
  • Analyse creative performance to understand what resonates with different audiences and feed insights back to Creative, and other Global teams.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, passionate, and driven Paid Media Executive to join the Europe Marketing team!

In this newly created role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising campaigns across dynamic EU channel landscape. The role focuses on driving media via retailer linked campaigns and/ or brand led national campaigns. Your close partners will be retailer media teams, and media agencies alongside Global teams as well. Working as a member of the wider Marketing team sharing feedback, best practise and insights to continually improve the plan and performance of Charlotte Tilbury.

The Paid Media Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing paid media marketing campaigns including channel strategies and asset management end to end for all the different markets with EU. 

 As one of our regional marketing guardians, you will collaborate effectively with the wider EU and digital teams and inspire key stakeholders with your attitude to excellence, your unstoppable and imaginative creative flair, and your passion for getting things done!

 

As our Media Executive you will

  • You will work closely alongside the EU Marketing team, PR, Global, in region agencies; as well as cross functionally with the wider EU Function.
