What You'll Do

マーケティング・広報チームのコアメンバーとして、メディア対応を中心とした広報業務全般を担っていただきます。危機管理広報を含む対外的な発信全般に加え、SNSなどの各種プロモーション施策の推進など、幅広いブランディング活動に携わっていただきます。

■メディアリレーション戦略の立案・推進、メディア取材対応やメディアイベントの統括

• メディアからの取材依頼への対応、メディアへのアプローチによるパブリシティ獲得活動
• メディアイベント等の企画・運営
• 主要メディアの編集者、記者等との関係構築・維持
• 危機管理広報（クライシスコミュニケーション）の対応
• 各種業務にあたるための、社内役員クラス、関係部署との関係構築、提案
• PRエージェント、ベンダーなど外部リソースの活用

■プレスリリース関連業務

• プレスリリース、経営層コメント等の作成
• 社内関係部署やグローバルチームとの調整
• 各種外部発信資料のレビュー

■ブランディング施策の企画、推進

• 他チームの活動と連動した、日本支社および注力事業領域の広報活動の企画・推進（広告出稿、SNS、プロモーションなど）
• グローバルチームと連携した広報およびマーケティング活動

What You'll Bring

【必須条件】

• 4年以上の企業における広報経験、もしくはPR会社等でのクライアントワーク経験
• ビジネスで活用できるメディアリレーション領域（新聞、雑誌、テレビなど）における豊富なネットワークの構築経験
• プレスリリースなど対外発信に該当する文章の作成・編集経験
• ネイティブレベルの日本語
• 英語での実務経験、TOEIC(R)テスト750点以上、もしくは同等の英語力

【歓迎条件】

• 危機管理広報の経験
• PRエージェントの活用経験
• 生成AIや各種デジタルツールの業務での利用経験
• 定量・定性分析、分析結果の資料化、マネジメントレポーティングの経験
