What you'll do
- Escort patients to treatment rooms and prepare them for appointments.
- Room set-up and turnover between services.
- Accurately chart patient visits and maintain EMR records.
- Assist providers during aesthetic procedures (injectables, laser, skin treatments, etc.).
- Call in prescriptions to pharmacies as directed by providers.
- Deliver excellent customer service at every touchpoint.
- Cross-train and support front desk operations: scheduling, check-in/check-out, answering phones.
- Handle general administrative tasks (inventory, supply restocking, basic office support).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment.

Schedule & Details
- Part-time (32–35 hours per week)
- Typical hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- In-person role (West Palm Beach, FL)
- Opportunity for full-time conversion after 90 days
