Job Summary

Location: 541 Main Street, Weymouth

Are you an experienced Medical Assistant ready to take the next step in your career? Mass General Brigham is seeking a Lead Medical Assistant to join our Endocrinology team in Weymouth. This is an exciting new role for the department, offering the opportunity to help shape workflows, support clinical operations, and serve as a trusted resource for a growing team.
In this leadership-focused position, you will continue to provide hands-on patient care while also supporting Medical Assistant staff through training, mentoring, daily coordination, and clinical oversight. Under the direction of the Practice Manager, you will work closely with providers, practice leadership, and site-based clinical teams to promote efficient operations, strong communication, and an exceptional patient experience.

Schedule: Hours may range from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Flexibility is needed to support department needs and patient care operations.

What We Are Looking For
