  • Design and implement world-class training programs, workshops, and virtual or in-person sessions for sales representatives and healthcare professionals (HCPs) on the safe and effective use of medical devices
  • Create ongoing clinical and technical training materials for internal staff and sales force to support existing and new product introductions.
  • Understand and apply working knowledge of corporate compliance and regulatory standards when engaging with healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain detailed tracking and documentation following products training according to standard operating procedures.
  • Develop and adhere to a budget and set agenda of programs and events.
  • Develop programs that connect early-career surgeons with Highridge Medical distributors and surgeon peers, aimed at building a professional network and operational support team.
  • Evaluate educational activities and employ the appropriate changes to ensure trainings are effective and sustainable.
  • Partner with marketing, engineers, and physician advisors to develop impactful training programs and materials.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Medical Education Associate Manager

Job Summary:

The Assoc. Medical Education Manager is accountable for the development and execution of educational programs at Highridge Medical. Emphasis will be on creating and delivering educational materials for the Highridge Medical sales force and healthcare professionals.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

· Design and implement world-class training programs, workshops, and virtual or in-person sessions for sales representatives and healthcare professionals (HCPs) on the safe and effective use of medical devices

· Create ongoing clinical and technical training materials for internal staff and sales force to support existing and new product introductions.

· Understand and apply working knowledge of corporate compliance and regulatory standards when engaging with healthcare professionals.

Salary Range $85,000-$95,000 Annually

Travel Requirements
