ABOUT THE ROLE
Working as part of a team and being the face of our organisation, we are seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist to work at our Warrnambool clinic as the face of our organisation, as you deliver on the highest standards of services to our patients, referrers and community.

What You'll Be Doing πŸ‘‰

  • Answering Calls: Be the friendly, professional voice that patients and referrers hear.

  • Scheduling: Use our state-of-the-art RIS system - Visage

  • Maximising Efficiency: Keep things running smoothly by managing appointments.

  • Referrals: Action patient referrals from multi-disciplinary teams

  • Prepping Patients: Clear communication to patients informing them of preparation, costing estimates and other requirements.

  • This is a Full-Time role working Monday to Friday.
