  • Leading Individual Medicare sales across an assigned territory through a team of Broker Sales Representatives.
  • Providing strategic leadership for broker distribution, market growth, operational execution, talent development, and broker engagement while ensuring alignment with enterprise sales priorities.
  • Partnering closely with Market Finance, Provider Performance & Engagement (PPE), Network Management, Contracting, Marketing, Sales Operations, Product, Compliance, and executive leadership to identify growth opportunities, remove enrollment barriers, strengthen broker relationships, and execute local market growth strategies.
  • Achieving membership growth, executing market strategies, developing high-performing sales professionals, strengthening broker partnerships, driving market performance, and fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales performance, identify market opportunities, and develop strategic action plans.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with brokers, agencies, providers, community organizations, and cross-functional business partners.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, performance management, and talent development skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with experience using data to drive business decisions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), and sales reporting tools.

Job Summary

The Senior Sales Manager, Medicare Regional Sales, is responsible for leading Individual Medicare sales across an assigned territory through a team of Broker Sales Representatives. This role provides strategic leadership for broker distribution, market growth, operational execution, talent development, and broker engagement while ensuring alignment with enterprise sales priorities.

Required Job Qualifications:

Location: Territory covers Tennessee and Arkansas. Key markets include Nashville/Middle Tennessee, Memphis/West Tennessee, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Tri Cities, Little Rock/Central, and Northwest Arkansas.

$119,400.00 - $179,100.00
