Medior/Senior Finance Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a Medior/Senior Finance Operations Specialist to help scale our global Finance function. You’ll own critical finance operations across multiple international entities, partnering with internal teams and external providers to ensure our financial processes are accurate, efficient, and scalable.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating across functions in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You are Our Ideal Candidate if you have

• 4+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Controllership or Accounting role
• Experience working in a multi-entity, start-up or scale-up international environment
• Strong understanding of month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial controls
• Experience partnering with external accounting firms, tax advisors or other professional service providers
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• High level of ownership and accountability
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and able to solve complex operational challenges with a pragmatic, business-focused mindset
• Resilient and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Chartered Accountant qualification is a strong plus
• Knowledge of US GAAP is a distinct value
• Experience with NetSuite is an advantage
  

Your responsibilities

As our Medior/Senior Finance Operations Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping finance operations organized and running smoothly. This is a very hands-on role, you’ll be expected to take initiative and dive into the details, take ownership of tasks end to end and ensure collaboration between internal teams and external partners. 

You will:

• Own and coordinate key finance operations across multiple international entities
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and maintain a high standard of financial accuracy and control
• Support month-end close activities, ensuring timely completion and resolution of outstanding items
• Support the revenue recognition process by partnering with RevOps and ensuring transactions are accurately reflected in the financial records
• Coordinate indirect tax and R&D tax credit compliance with external service providers
• Partner with bank provides to resolve transaction questions and banking compliance requirements
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Legal and RevOps to deliver seamless finance operations
• Build trusted relationships with external tax advisors and local accountants and drive timely execution
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve invoice, payment, and operational queries
• Create and maintain clear process documentation, controls and operating procedures
• Leverage AI and automation tools to simplify manual work and improve efficiency
• Support finance transformation initiatives and contribute to scaling the Finance function
  

The base salary for this role is: gross 880,000-1,300,000 HUF monthly
