About the Role

We're looking for a strategic technology leader to shape and lead ENGIE's B2C Technology function. You'll be responsible for delivering secure, reliable and scalable technology platforms while driving digital transformation, operational excellence and high-performing teams that support customer and business outcomes.

  • Lead the B2C Technology function across engineering, delivery, testing, release and service management.
  • Drive the delivery and ongoing operation of digital products and platforms that improve customer and business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute technology roadmaps, capability strategies and operating models that support business priorities.
  • Establish governance, prioritisation and stakeholder engagement processes to ensure effective delivery of technology initiatives.
  • Manage technology partners and vendors, ensuring performance, quality, risk and commercial outcomes are achieved.

About You

You're an experienced technology executive with a strong track record leading large-scale digital transformation programs within complex environments. You'll combine strategic thinking with operational leadership and bring the ability to influence senior stakeholders while building high-performing teams.
