This is a commercial role at a fast-moving energy software startup focused on industrial battery storage. You'll work closely with the commercial team to grow and support the customer base, owning the full customer lifecycle and helping drive real-world impact in the European energy transition.
Build and manage relationships with new customers from first contact through long-term engagement.
Develop a deep understanding of the product, the market, and customer needs to inform commercial strategy.
Optimize and own the customer lifecycle, covering onboarding through to ongoing satisfaction and retention.
2+ years of experience in a business, commercial, or customer-facing role.
Strong communication and relationship-management skills with a genuine customer-first mindset.
Ability to develop sharp product, market, and customer insights and translate them into action.
Enthusiasm for energy markets, renewables, and the evolving regulatory landscape — this matters here.
Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by the pace of an early-stage company.
Background in or exposure to energy, cleantech, or industrial software is a plus.
Salary: €70,000 – €100,000 per year
