About this role
Eigen is looking for outlier AI Product Engineers to help build the future of human connection. You must have experience designing large yet maintainable AI systems, and be excited to do so about 3 times faster than most people think is possible.

What you'll do
Invent the technological paradigms that’ll govern the next generation of products in the age of consumer AI
Advance the next big frontier of AI: emotional intelligence and relational reasoning
Own the product experience end-to-end working across the stack from context engineering, agent harness, memory system, tooling, etc. while considering impact on user experience

Can scale across the entire stack
Loves learning and reading about psychology, sociology, and similar
Founder mentality with attention to detail that care about the backside of the fence
Strong communicator with high confidence and low ego
P99 consumer of claude code and codex tokens
Experience with Typescript, Python, and building agentic systems
