The role:
You will build and operate the security foundations that protect Parallel’s production infrastructure, internal systems, and access to both. About you:
Have deep intuition on cloud infrastructure, identity, network security, and production systems. You like to reason about which controls materially reduce risk and which ones mostly create process.
You write and ship code, prefer automation over manual controls, and are comfortable working at the boundary between security, platform engineering, and reliability. You can land changes across teams you do not manage, make practical tradeoffs, and build durable security foundations rather than controls that need constant tending.
You might be a good fit if you have:
