Member Services Representative

The Member Services Representative I will provide a variety of specific account and product related functions directly to the members in person or by telephone. The MSR I will develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of PSFCU Policies and Procedures as well as products, services and promotions and will offer Credit Union products and services through the practice of established Credit Union sales and service techniques and offer superior customer service by following the established Service Standards. The MRS I will be responsible for all lower level Teller functions and will act as backup to those positions when required.
